When Atheists go to Court, they can't swear on the bible, can they?

Everybody can swear on bible because the bible is for all. And good thing to have for an atheist because at least they can look and verbalize the name of the holy bible. And I believe after swearing, it will inculcates their mine about bible. And the effects and affects may not for now, but in future. Fist and foremost, the end of it in their life. Because the beauty of it will be nothing for them when they are blind, but will be fruitful once they have sight on it.
