Once again I'm getting ready to set my fingers on the keyboard tapping away at the challenge to create a novel in 30 days (50,0000 minimum constitutes a novel) I've almost finished the polishing and expanding of last year's manuscript so that I can attempt to find a publisher - we shall see. nanowrimo dot org if you want to know more about the challenge.

Every year I tell myself I am going to do this. But come November I just kind of chicken out. I have no idea how you find the time or commitment to finish something like that. Please let me know how it turns out for you.

Basically what you do is try to clear an hour or two per day out of all the things that you do that waste time. I figure that I could do with a touch less TV watching. And surfing the internet is hardly productive either.

I'm almost all geared up. Plot in place (the real situation it's based on got a little traumatic this afternoon and therefore I'm thinking of switching, because I'd rather not think about it anymore than I have to in reality). Go Nano '10!
