Here we go again!!

Hi, in the morning my husband and i h ave to go look at more houses to buy. We thought we had one , was waiting for the closeing and less then a week fomr that day we find out we dont get it!! There was a mistake and they didnt approve that size loan, so we have to look at cheaper places and we all been waiting for this one just to get it yanked away.

Sorry to hear that. I would be upset if I were that close and found out that I wasn't getting the house. My husband and I are doing a rent to own type thing and I wonder if we don't get financed what will happen when it comes time to buy it. I like the house but it wouldn't bother me to move. We have bought two pieces of property also in another county and I know that we could always build there, but it isn't what I really want to do either.

Hi, Thanks. Yes we are very upset. The houses we looked at today wasnt anything we really wanted. One may work but we have to think on it. We look at one sat morning and that sounds like it be real nice for us and work better size wise. But we wont have as big of yard and wont be so close to town as we would of been. It still be area we want , anyway we have to wait and see it then go form there. We have to move soon, we rent th is and already have notice and at this time he dont know we cant move cuss we just found out yesterday and my husband not sure what to tell them cuss if we find a house we may be out soon
