How about stretching your body in a slow manner? This exercise is good for your stamina and can increase your appetite. Check the food you take too. Eat food with carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, more juice and water. No softdrinks if possible, just take natural food. Hi! Am once fat but not so fat but my body was reacting, my cholesterol increased, my waist has exceeded the normal measure and my heart was reacting too. so I decided to reduced my weight and excess fats in the natural way too. I just eat quaker oats with vegies, fruits and plenty of water and juices and after 2 weeks, wow! my waist had shown its curve. Until today, I planned by food intake and other people said am 10 years younger than my age...lol...
