How can I get my daughter to stop

grinding her teeth?? She takes her top teeth and grinds them off her bottom teeth. Just the front teeth. The sound is compared to nails on a chalkboard. Plus I am afraid she will break her teeth. Is this a normal thing or should I be concerned??
