I really like those 100 calorie snack packs that are out. They have chips and cookies, so it satisfies my sweet tooth or my salty crave. I also like fudgesicles. You can buy them fat free. Also apples dipped in fat free caramel dip~ yumm!

I know pretzels are a good diet snack, but watch the salt intake. But they have no fat. ITi s hard as you see all this LOW FAT, No FAT and that is all fine and dandy but that doesn't mean they are still low cal - look at the calories! Calories make fat! My husband swears by No Fat, No Trans Fat is the best, he can eat the whole bag of potato chips if it says that, and I tell him, yeah, but look at the calories!!! you're just getting fat another way! Of course he doesn't believ it. But I kow what you are goig through - they say "eat celery sticks, carrot sticks " yeah fine, I do, but htey get really old really fast and they don't fill me up so I eat them and then look for more! Licorice and NECCO wafers are all no fat - but they still have calories, but better you have to satisfy your craving and better to have one than two bad guys! Good luck, I'll be watching this discussion to see what others have to say!

There are some really great 100 calorie snack packs out now. They are very convenient and if you only eat one package they really are a low calorie snack. They come in sweet and salty varieties. They can be a bit expensive and if you are very good at portion controling you can actually make your own for less money.
