There are a ton of fundraisers going on in my community right now. There's cookie dough sales for skating, meat sales for hockey, chocolate sales for dance and tons more. I try and help out as many organizations as I can but it's hard when you're bombarded by them, especially with Christmas coming up.
Are there lots of fundraisers going on where you live? Are your kids or you fundraising right now? What are your experieinces?

Co-worker's kids were fundraising too. The most recent one was entertainment books. I actually like them since they are useful for several things and theres a year's time to use the items inside. Plus its the easiest one to work with. No organizations bothering you for more subscriptions and junk mail. No cumbersome or heaven forbid bad food from x or y organization to deal with. No terrible items to have to choose from. Just one book and lots of options already inside. Sure I cook, but there are pinch situations and the thing comes in handy.

I actually like the entertainment books. You always seem to get your money's worth out of them. That's the one thing I haven't seem for sale yet this year. I've mostly gotten chocolate and different foods.
