Do you have problem working with others?

Hi, Recently I had a problem with one of my college. She is about 20 years old. I am 41. We have stacked since she did not wanted to listen to me. I do like this person. She work very god, but sometimes we do not agree on things. And I seems to be feeling like a mother more than a college with her. It´s like when you argue with your teen at home. Now, we have talked it over and we have come to an understanding. So it has blown over, however I wonder, Do you have those problems where you work, and how do you deal with them?
