Federal Income Tax, Slavery, Eternal Debt. DONT PAY THE IRS!

There is no law that requires us to pay a Federal Income Tax. This is a completely unjust law that goes to the Federal Reserve system which is NOT owned by the government. These taxes do not promote the social good of this country, instead they are used to repay the National Debt which is what the U.S. owes the Federal Reserve. But... if the Federal Reserve is the sole printer of money, and each dollar printed and lent to the U.S. comes with interest attached to it, then there is no way we can pay it back. Essentially we are kept in a state of slavery in this country, we have no freedom unless we fight for it. Don't believe any of those phony candidates you see on TV... Clinton, Obama, Edwards... hell, even past presidents like Bill Clinton and Reagan were all frauds. Leaders of the largest corporation in the world known as America, and regardless if they're democrats or republicans they're all liars of the highest calibur. You see, they only serve to protect american interests, not you. The electoral and overall voting system is completely hackable at this point... there is nothing left for us except death unless we fight for a better future. Join me in boycotting taxes. They can't take us all down. WE have the power. Time for a revolution.

There have been many people who thought as you do and found to their chagrin that there was indeed laws requiring you to pay taxes. You just keep believing that however, and let us know how it all turns out... oh wait, you won't be able to because you'll be in prison, or at least paying some nice late fees.

If you want to work and get paid you you will have to fill out the required paperwork prior to employment. Not paying your taxes can have some very negative repercussions in your personal life, one of which is called federal prison. Don't start with the 16th amendment not being ratified nor any of that other crap, because legal or not, the income tax has become the law of the land, and the federal judges are backing it. So unless you take the legal steps necessary to show that you are exempt from income tax, then you had best pay those taxes. If you don't then you will lose your freedom and still be required to cough up that money... plus interest and late fees... after you get out.

Look dear, the fact remains if a whole bunch of people decided to stop paying taxes at once...they couldn't do a damned thing about it. If a movement could get going, and organize it so that a million people could all stop paying taxes at once, the whole problem would be taken care of. I have no idea why people haven;t done it yet, but it's high time people started.

Well, no one likes paying taxes. But the fact remains, all arguments of constitutionality become irelivent. A code is still a law. If a bunch of people tried avoiding and defying it all at once, then a bunch of people would be prosicuted. Besides, even a minimal government needs revenue to run a country.

no doubt it's messed up. If we all stopped paing taxes tomarrow, we'd collapss under this debt though. Cut the spending, them start revamping the tax code dramicaly in a fair and represenative manner.

Again... if you read... The Federal Income tax DOES NOT go toward ANY of the services provided to us by our state and government. Roads, education, public goods are NOT paid by this tax. Read up. You're paying for nothing. Lol.

I don't intend to pay them, and I found the loophole. If you live on the road, you don't have to pay taxes. How could they bill you anyway? You don't have a mailbox...it's a hard life, but lots of people do it. Plenty of them in order to not pay taxes...though it's rather hard to stop once you've started. I'm all for someone organizing a movement though. If an million people could get together and simultaneously stop paying taxes...we would pretty much have solved the problem. I mean they can't put a million people all in jail at once...especially when they're vocally saying "No fecking way"

I question the person from Florida as to how they have avoided paying taxes for so many years and haven't even received a letter from them unless you have no income that should be reported. I don't know about the law issue, but it is pretty common knowledge that the IRS will take your land and any money you have if you don't pay. I don't understand how they could do this if it is not a law. You see people on the news who are being charged with failure to pay taxes all the time. Again I ask how that could happen it there are no laws saying you have to pay?

This is indeed one of the many evils in society, a non goverment organization in charge of the country's finances which might be part of a world wide control of monitary factors. This may be why congress cannot do anything about inflation caused by rising oil prices. As to what to do about it. I've heard of one solution. Make lots of money. Make so much money that you can afford to live well even with taxes. You can even have enough taxes to pay tax consultants to find ways to reduce your taxes according to the rules laid down by the Federal Reserve. That's what the get rich gurus on the internet say to do. This is something I'm taking a very close look at, myself.
