Mobile phone is an important technology in the world today. It helps us to contact people from far away in a few seconds. In the variety of use and advantage, there are some bad points for using mobile phone in a wrong way such as using for a long time. First, a cell phone releases an electromagnetic wave that is called "microwave", which is the same wave that use for cooking.It destroys nerve cells, and a caterpillar. Also, it can be increase the cataract. Futhermore, the microwave is a cause of the mutation of gene and DNA, and the immunity system deficiency which leads you to be a cancer. Second, some users use cellphones in an unappropriate way because of thier careless. For example, the users use cellphones for a long time because they were not making a plan before using them. That is, they will receive more redianted than the one that use in a short time. Some of them use cellphones in cars that increase the quantity of ray. In addition, The person who do not use a device ,such as a handsfree, that helps to protect them from receiving the ray directly, might be in a risk. To sum up, you should not use the mobile phones for a long time because it bad for your health; it can cause you to ba a cancer. That is, the mobile phones release an electromagnetic wave. If users use mobile phones in a wrong way, the users will get the more volumn of ray. To protect ourself from the electromagnetic wave while using moblie phone, we should use some device that decrease the volumn of ray such as a headset , a small talk ,or a handsfree .
