I know a training center that offers intensive training in call center operations, as well as in english grammar and speech. HI, thanks for sharing this. I used to like to work in a call center before but now im afraid i dont have that enough communication skills to be hired. I have applied 2 or 3 call center before but i failed. I really like to develop my communication skills as well as my interpersonal skills but i think i have lost my confidence to apply again since after i failed. if you have been in one, then it would not be hard to look again and accepted by the other.
one of the oldest way to communicate well in english is practice. not maybe in speaking it but here are a few tips.
change your ways.
watch english tv shows most of the time, it gets in your head and even the way you think would be in english.
if to speak good english, still the old way, get a newspaper a book, read out aloud, by yourself if you want. especially, face the mirror, see how your mouth opens.
speak clearly, do not rush when you speak, think before you speak.
if you speak in the right speed, then you can think of the correct word to say.
