What was your worst ever Halloween costume?

Did you ever make or even buy a Halloween costume that looked so good until you put it on? I had a time that I got a really cool looking fairy costume from the store. It looked so awesome and different from other ones. Well, for some reason it looked better on the hanger at the store than it did on me when I got it on an hour before time to go to a Halloween party. I ended up wearing it even though I didn't really want to. What was your worst ever Halloween costume? What was it? Did you wear it out?
