sessions Or Cookies?

hi friends which we have to use either cookies or sesseions to keep track of user infroamtion?which one is best?with which you worked?

Oh ho... sessions or cookies i have no idea.. its is greek and ltin for me.

Sessions are better. but they are kinda hard to handle specially if you have a large amount of data to handle.
