I agree with the previous poster. Why doesn't someone stand up and take the high road. You trust people who you put in positions of authority to do the right thing by the people and they end up cowtowing to the pressure. So SAD!!

Yes, corruption is everywhere. Anyone that elevated in a position that is above other people has the potential to become corrupt. In a society where moral guidelines are breaking down you will see there is more of this problem.
