im working in a call center and once in awhile agents we're transferred to diff team leads. when i found out that i'll be under to this specific TL,that i really dont want to be under, i was devastated. she doesn't have lots of friends and she's kinda weird. i even tried talking to the account manager about it but i still ended up being under her supervision. days passed into months, i found out that she is not what everyone of us think she is, what i think she is. yes, she may be strict a little but it is in the right place. she has her own way of showing her appreciation to others but you'll do appreciate it. she maybe weird a little but all of us a weird in some way, right? i was beginning to feel guilty about the bad things that i've said about her without even thoroughly knowing her. i guess first impression doesn't last huh!

yeah, unfotunately i did it but i felt good that i was corrected by my own judgement.

Well, this is important not to listen to people all the time because is important to find out for ourselves if the person is good or not. Some people give you a good impression in the beginning and later you find out that they are bad.
