I am trying to find someone I met over 30 years ago..his name was Nigel Loar and he was from Hithe Hantes, England...how would I begin to find this person...after all these years? He would be in his early 50's now...

Well friend that’s kind of hard to do but try looking his name at the National Statistics Office (NSO) of which he is from, surely you can find people there. I just don’t know the process but try asking the personnel there, surely they can help you. I hope you find him. I too am finding people’s name sometime but not really important people. The best place I know that you can find people with reliable respond is from the NSO.

you could always hire an investigator to locate the person. they are usually great on finding people although sometimes it's a little costly. just depends on who you go to. you could do some research on that and try to find the cheapest person who would really do a good job at finding the person. Good luck and keep us posted
