Do you like emoticons?

In my opinion, emoticons if used sparingly, will benefit the conversation and given light to the otherwise boring and serious conversation be it e-mail or instant messaging messages. But if emoticons were used excessively, it doesn't contribute to meaningful conversation and can be quite irritating. Of course due to its nature, the emoticons are very unsuitable to be used during business or serious conversation, as it shows lack of professioanlisme.

I think they are useful at times. I don't use them all the time i only do when i think it's necessary.

it's okay for me.. I mean i like to use them for they're really cute :) :) I use them always
