Young adults become obese and develop diabetes, often accompanied by an unhealthy lipid profile placing them at risk for heart attcks and paralytic strokes. To reduce lipid levels and remain healthy these steps can be followed. Try to attain ideal bodty weight. Control blood sugars and treat any contributory illness. Reduce all fat eaten to 30% of the caloric intake. Eat oats, beans, peas and rice which are high in fibre. Add soy products two or three times a week . Eat food with antioxidants such as carrots, beet roots and tomatoes. Alcohol can increase triglycerides levels. Excercise regularly. Avoid tobacco in any form.

Wow, young adults now are very happy, I have never been obese, of which I always dream. Actually, to the definition of health, I am too thin and unhealthy. What can I do to be stronger?
