Best Movie of 2007?

How many of you would agree that Transformers was the best movie of 2007? I certainly think so, I mean, the special effects were amazing. The action was insane and everything fell into place. I'll be honest, the plot was a little icky, but everything else made up for it.

No. Simply because 2007 isn't yet over and you don't know what might come out and overpower it. I think that transformers is in the top 10 though. Probably the top 5. It was a great movie and I loved it, but I'm sure there are some great ones that I haven't seen.

I agree that There Will Be Blood was the best movie of 2007. Daniel Day Lewis was amazing in that film. Transformers, on the other hand, just didn't have the compelling storyline (or actors for that matter) needed to transform it into a super-smash comparable to Star Wars.

well at worlds end would have my vote... it was mind boggling... trans formers was good... but very weak story... didnt appeal to all types of audience

I agree with you..there were alot of great movies last year but Transformers was my favorite..we went to the theater to see it..and it just took me away! the sound effects and the visual effects were just awesome!!! iknow they spent alot of money making it and it was deff all well worth it by far!! i liked the plot..but think they could have added some more zing to it..but im not complaining at all lol..we watch it all the time now that we own it..have a good one!

Iam not sure because I cannot afford to go out to the movies alot.Usually we have to wait till it comes out on DVD.Sometimes it comes out soon and sometimes not.But,we saw Harry Potter last year.I love the Harry Potter movies and Shrek 3.Shrek was really good,but as I said I love the Harry movies.

Transformers was a good movie. Great fun. My pick for best movie of 2007 would have to be Michael Clayton though. Suberb acting from all four leads (George Clooney, Tilda Swinton, Tom Wilkinson (who will probably win the oscar) and Syndey Pollock), and the smartest script of the year that never talked down to the audience, or dumbed down the plot. No Country For Old Men would be a close second.

For 2007, i would say The Great Debaters
That movie is very inspiring and good
of course there are no nifty special effects but the meaning of the story as well as each characters' struggle are examples to us
Everyone should watch this movie, it's very good

Transformers was the best movie ever of 2007! There were others that were pretty cool and I enjoyed, but Transformers just was epic. Everything about it was amazing, the actors, the artwork and the 3D imaging was stunning. I would recommend this movie to anyone who hasnt see it and you will not be let down!
