waste FOOD!!!

whenever i eat in Mess I see a lot of people wasting food...they stuff their plates with huge quantity of food..to an extent which is way beyond their capacity only to leave them untouched..isn't that SHAMEFUL!!whats the point in wasting food??better take how much you want and in case you are not sure take less and if needed take again. I don't maintain a stiff upper lip about my feeling and blatantly advise the ones wasting food not to do so...some of them agree while others are rude..but thats ok wid me as long as I know i m right..saving food can feed the ones who need them much more than our need of wasting it.
