I'm running low on groceries and would like to make an interesting soup for tomorrow night's dinner. I have chicken (frozen), celery, tomato paste, seasoning, kidney beans, potatoes (raw) corn (canned) and onion. Do you think there's a way to turn that into soup, without getting complaints from the family? And, if not, what would you add to make it a soup? And, would you cook the soup on stove top or crock pot? Would appreciate suggestions or recipes. Preferably low sodium/low fat. Thanks.

try using a slow cooker or crock pot it would make a great soup, but then you alos with those ingredients could make a bean soup one night and then chicken snitzel with mash for the second night
