frustration with television satellite company

Anyone else ever had tis problem? When I first signed up, I was not aware of extra hidden charges, such as having to keep your receiver plugged into a phone line or your will be charged extra a month.Also, when I canceled the service, it was up to me to take the dish off of the house and ship it back. Why can't the people that came out to install it remove it? Also, I requested the service be shut off on a certain future date and it was shut off as soon as I hung up the phone with them. It took 3 additional out sourced phone calls to get it turned back on. I also got several phone calls asking why I wanted to cancel. I was also asked if I would return to their service in the future. I have never had such poor customer service.
