Hello, It is almost Halloween. That got me thinking. Is there really such a thing as Witchcraft? Or a real Witch? Vampires and Wearwolfs? I was in a book store once, and got my hands on a book about witches. Did not think much of it then, I put it back. Okay, a book. But, does it really excist? Could the Charmed Ones , on t.v ( I love that show,LOL) for some people be real life? What do you think? Have you ever experienced a real Witch (Not talking about mother in laws!!!LOL) Happy Halloween!!!

I have run into a practicing witch...well, warlock I guess would be more accurate. He had many spell books and demonic books in his house. He had frightening lights that floated around the house. Sometimes they would follow people outside. I firmly believe spells can be cast. I know people that can do it. They just don't do it around me. It makes me so uncomfotable, I wouldn't want to be around them at all if they cast them while I was present.

Wow, don't you wonder where his power to cast spells would come from, especially if he had demonic books in the house? That darkness can be so intriguing, but yikes, amazingly scary and wrong (my opinion). Interesting, but probably not to be played around with.

Yes, interesting, and defentily not something to play around with! I take it this person knows what they are doing? Is this practicing witch a good one? Like the Lady on Bewitchd? How would you explain the karakter of a witch? I have never meet anyone who was a witch or could cast spells. Could use some extra money, would be a way to get some.LOL! Joke inbetween. Seriously, I believe there is alot more to life. Thanks for your comments. Take care.

Yes, witches and witchcraft exist. At least I believe they do. These are not the same stereotypical witches you see on TV, movies, in novels, ect. Many witches cast spells that help people. People usually say that magic is evil, but there is no such thing as good or evil magic. It all depends on the intent of the caster and the results that follow. Many witches know not to mess with the negative forms of magic, because it will come back to them in a bad way.

Very interesting. I do like to think , if a witch exist, that they are willing to do things in a positief way to help others. How do these people get to realize they can cast spells? Are they born with this, or do they studie a book first? How would this progress? Thank you for your comment. Looking forward to your answer. Take care.

Some witches see themselves as the healers of the planet. They love nature and do everything they can to protect nature for future generation. They also help out with restoring nature. Some people claim to be able to do "paranormal" things when they are young, and some do extensive studying and research before they are able to do the same. Well, actually, that is really difficult to explain lol. But I would say meditation and stuff like that is the best way to prepare to cast spells. It would be best if the person knew what to do before trying to cast a spell of any kind. Any people who are pagan and know more about this, please respond. I am still new at all of this sort of thing, so I may not know what I'm talking about lmao! I really don't wanna spread things that are not true.

Witchcraft is real. I am a live manifestation of one. The charmed one on tv is just characters portraying to be witches. Vampires and werewolves on the other hand maybe real but I haven't seen or met one so I will leave that behind me unless they want to come step forward and introduce themselves to me. ;P

I'm sure witchcraft is real. As far as real witches--there are people who practise witchcraft. But the girls from "Charmed" are probably not around. Witches would probably tell you they are good and believe more in nature and stuff like that. I would advise against it just because there is a darker side to it all. If you like you could read a book by Johanna Michealson called "The Beautiful Side of Evil." Very interesting. Don't read it at night. LOL. Okay as far as vampires . . . not in the sense of Hollywood portrayels, mind you, but there's probably a few in "Hades" trying to get out. Aha, don't look over your shoulders liefe meit . . . Happy Halloween!!!!

LOL!!! Very funny, I am all alone . It is 3:45 at night and you are making me scared! You tell me to read a book, and I am rather tired (Been to all these docter appointments, because of my back). I read Johanna M , I am like;" He! I did not write a book." LOL. My real name is: Johanna Margaretha. I turned that into Margajoe. I don´t really like the idee of my name being on scary books. LOL! But thanks for the worning, not to read it at night! Sounds to me, like I should not read it at all. LOL! Thanks for your comment Gtargirl. Tot de volgende keer. Groetjes,... Happy Halloween to you too. P.s. That is my first day of unemployment! My contract stops today. See, it is going to be a scarry day after all.LOL!

Hi Margajoe, better late than never for a response I guess. Well I guess I'm what you would call a witch, although I would prefer if you called me a Pagan. There are quite a few of us on mylot also. Although most of us are not you're 'stereo type' witch with pointy hats and broomsticks! Although I will admit I have witchy shoes, a pointy hat and a broomstick! but that's all the fun of it - I don't go around dressed like it! (well apart from Halloween and for fancy dress), Most 'witches' are nature loving and are nothing like charmed or harry potter, they are just part of a myth! Pagans in days gone by were your early forms of doctors, seeking medicines from herbs to cure infections and colds. (similar to what herbalists do today!)

Yes I understand what you are trying to say. If you take a look at my historic postings (going back to last year) I posted a spell about finance and money. It's a harmless spell and it's all in the power of thought and not hurting anyone in the process. Paganism or witchcraft is a path you naturally follow (IMO) - I believe I was destined from the age of about 8 - As long as I can remember I've had a fascination for witches and witchcraft. If you would like some more advice then please pm me as I feel this is more a personal matter than an open discussion.

Thanks for your comment. Ya, better late then never. Pagan does sound more friendly. Can you help me to get financially stabel? Can I do that myself, somehow? I used to beleive I was a Pagan. I have tried, but seemed to get caught in fear. I could sometimes hear or see things, others could not. Now a day´s I still feel things around me. But, I am no longer afraid. Unless I feel it is something to be afraid of. I have had people talk through me to there loved ones. After that I would be so tired. Worn out so to speak. But, I have pushed it away for years, because no one believes me, and the fear. I have done Reiki, 1st and 2nd stage. And then other people would get distand from me. As if I was doing something wrong. But it is accually very natural. It´s being a channel for energy , to help others. Anyway, do you understand what I am trying to say? Thank-you. Take care.

I believe that there are witches and I know that there is witchcraft, however, I do not indulge in the dark side at all.

I have heard it said that if something is not of God, then it is of the devil. How much falls in between? I don't know, if any.

Yes I know what you mean. But, Then again is it not God who created everything? Good and Bad. But there you have it again, what is good, what is bad? What is good for one, is bad for the other. And the otherway around. Conclusion? Let´s try to stay on the good side as best we know how. Being happy with all we still have. Look at Mexico, that is so terrible! Who knows what will be next. Take care, have a nice day.

I still cannot say I believe in them or not. It was just a question that popped into my mind, because of Halloween. But, it is interessting to see how people think. But you are right not to indulge in the dark side. But are all these ,so called witches, on the dark side? Thanks for your comment. Take care Rozie.
