children show hosts.... do they really like kids?

i mean do they really love to be around kids or they just do this because they earn a lot from it?
i read something about steve (blue's clues) that he didnt really like kids.
so do you think those other host, do they really enjoy what they are doing? they seem to enjoy it. but do they really love to be around kids?

Hmm, some of them probably just do it because it's a job. Lots of people don't like their jobs, you get that in any industry so I would think that it's not so different in the kids' entertainment industry.
It is a shame though, as I'm sure if you do like kids and you enjoy your job then you'll seem much more genuine and children will like you more. I'm sure that children can detect these things!
Your question brings to mind Krusty the Clown from the Simpsons for some reason!!
