Bruises

Do you ever wake up and find bruises or random cuts on you that weren't there before you went to bed?

I have many time woken up with bruises on my legs that weren't there the night before. As you sleep your blood pools in your legs, and anytime you have a small bump against your leg in the night, it will cause bruising. Or that is what the doc tells me. But I do have some violent dreams that cause more than a bump, but result in me kicking myself while I sleep. I have woken up to my fist an inch from my face about ready to hit myself.

when i go to the bath or shower i say to myself where did these Bruises come from i dont remember knocking it.

The cost is wooden so harmless unlike metal ones which have sharp edges. Room is free from insects. I do not get fighting drems so I do not fight. My wife do not take revenge of hurting physically. So I never had bruisies or cuts during the night sleep.

I'm not saying someone or something like that is hurting you, just have you ever woke up with a bruise and you don't know how it got there.

YES! Sometimes, when i fell sleep on a couch. then i woke up, with lots of cuts in my arm... really weird.. but i just ignored it...
