Who bites their fingernails???

Well, I do bite my fingernails. I do know it is a bad habit but I couldn't stop from biting my nails especially when I am driving. I've tried many times but so far I failed.

If you have the bad habit of biting your nails, start paying attention to your nails. Do pamper your hands, massaging the cuticles and the nails part with olive oil. You have to do it regular. You'll become conscious of your nails and slowly stop biting them. I never bite them.

I used to but my mother always scold me hehe… I keep a bit longer nails now because if I don’t have to I will be tempted to start biting it. I’m really a fan of nail biting before sometimes I would get a wounded finger because I keep biting it until it’s too small.

I do bite my nails & I am probably getting worse. It is due to stress & partly habit. I never use nail polish. Maybe one of these days I should as it may help me to stop biting my nails.

Thankfully I grew out of biting them when I was stressed out; I used to take them all the way down to the skin and then it was impossible to type without being in pain. I started eating a lot of Jell-O and gelatin so it has really helped improve the strength of my nails.

Thank god! I don't have the habbit to bite my nails. Neither does my dauther. But my hubby likes to do so and I have fed up of nagging him! I like to buy transparent, pink, silver and gold nail polishes. But I don't really bother to wear them as I have lots of chore to do daily. For special events or occasions, I will wear them for sure. My dauther love to wear them. Maybe she has time...

Hi jan Im lucky too because I have never bitten my nails either. YUK I dont know how people can do that. Do YOU? Yes my nails are strong I guess I have alot of calcium in my system which is good. I havent put nail polish on them In awhile. I like the natural colors especially the french manicure.

The only thing that I do to my nails is to file them. My hubby will chew on his and he usually ends up with bloody fingers. That to me is gross. I ask him to stop but it is just such a habit that he can't. I used to polish my nails when I was younger, but like everything else, I prefer the natural look.
