At the Springbrook Nature Center near my house is one place I go to get away from the stress and what not of daily living. This was taken Sunday afternoon as the wife & I walked through the park hoping to see some deer or other wildlife. We didn't see anything but birds, geese, ducks, and squirrels though. But it was just a serene time walking throuhg natures wonders enjoying the sounds of Mother Nature and her creatures. I love the brown tone to all the shoreline of the pond in the fall. It is beautiful. So what do you do to get to that serene level of stress free living? How often do you do this? Hahaha!!

I'm able to enjoy the soft sounds of the creek running along the back of our property on a daily/nightly basis, depending on when I get down there. I've gone down to sit on the bank at 2 in the morning when I couldn't sleep. So very relaxing.
