what do you prefer to drink during summer?

Is it plain water, soda, processed juice, natural juice or some alternatives that may quench your thirst?

Well, this totally depends on your level of activity and choice of activity. It's pretty much never good to drink soda or processed beverages (preservatives and sodium!). I'd stick to good old-fashioned water. If you are doing something strenuous outside and get very hot, it is typically bad to drink ice-cold water. Go for something room temperature and, most importantly, wet. Steer away from gatorade unless you are straining yourself or actually working out... the sodium and carbs in it are no good for people just sitting around. I would look into vitamin water or propel. Hope that helps! :)

Anything that is available would go. But most of the times i chooses juice or soda than just a plain water.

I like to drink water all the time. I don't drink soda. I love to drink juice at times. but i think drinking water should be good to drink year round.

Zero calorie from water is the best thirst quencher. Among all the other drinks, water can also help in cleansing our body. Here in the Philippines, we have lots of coconut tree. The young coconut have a great coconut juice. I love to have it during summer too.
