Here in India there can be seen rarely good government hospitals. Were are those private hospitals charges are really huge for those common and poor people. Still there are good hospitals who provide treatments on free basis according to the financial condition the patient has. Moreover it is seen that most of government hospitals in here are in pathetic conditions as more poor people are depending on this. Hope a better facilities and good doctors with better services will soon will got from government hospitals.

Government hosptals , Being in INdia it is wrong to expect somethin worthwhile from the governament.. the truth is that the hospitals have all the most latest equipment but , the doctors there are either too lazy or they dont know hw to use them :( thts bad isnt it and if all of this works u need some money in ur pocket to oil the hands of the doctors and wardboys over there to get ur work done. nowadays these lack in cleanliness also makin it impossible to stay or get a treatment there in short i dont think anyone is satisfied about the governament hospitals ... even the doctors themselves arent since 99% of them work for other private hospitals which give better pay and facilties

No, I’ve tried going into a government hospital because one of my friend needed some assistance and the nearest hospital is a government-owned one so we have to rush in there. When we came the place is almost jam-packed with sick people. The worst thing is the service, the nurses are mean or rude, and they just don’t know how to communicate with people very nicely. Also the place is not that clean and organize.

Almost all Government hospitals in India is as the above said....The number of people below poverty line is also very high in India....So they cant afford to get treatment from any private hospital...the government needs to take some special and necessary steps and reach out to the poor.....We have been speaking things of this sort fr years but nothing really changes in our country...

I guess we are in the same boat...in our country, government hospitals are in a sorry state--the services are poor, facilities are outdated, the staff are cranky and sometimes are doing lousy jobs, etc. Of course, there are also good doctors in our government hospitals, but generally, they are really in a dismal state. The best hospitals are the privately owned ones, although they are more expensive...but what the heck...I don't care if I spend more as long as I know I will be in good hands...

Based on my experienced, I was never satisfied in the services of Government Hospitals. Their facilities are not good, their employees are not good, and even the supplies of medicines and necessary equipments are not good. There is always missing which i dunno why the government could not provide knowing the fact that we are paying high taxes.

yes the government hospitals dont provide a good service to public..there are some government hospitals with all infrastructure facilities and they should provide them at free of cost to public but still they charge for each and everything..from lower level staff to higher level they ask bribe amount to treat the passengers. most people who visit these hospitals are poor people but they are deprived of proper treatment and forced to get treatment from private hospitals.. there are some government hospitals which doesnt even have any facilities to treat patients and provide a unhygenic environment and people are forced to get treatment under this condition.. I could remember a incident where my cousin who met with an tragic train accident was admitted by some people who witnessed the accident in an government hospital..when we rushed to the hospital hearing this news to our shock he was bleeding and even first aid was given to him in almost 2 hours..we then urged the doctors to pay attention and later treatment was given..knowing that he will not get proper treatment we shifted him to a private hospital..
