Hi hillock, given the kind of person I am , I don't think I would swear or curse when I get mad. that hardly happens. I would rather pent up my emotions and settle in solitary recluse and live it out. Once I am over it I would do my normal activities. Having said this, I really appreciate ppl who burst out and let go their emotions in a comparatively decent way though.. In a way its good for our health.

That's real fun, hillock. When you all know that it's just out of habit then it's fun. I love the way you all exhibit it , it's like part of your daily conversation. lol..

oh yah. though we were told not to curse. my mom said we are not allowed to! wahahaha! we can do it if were old enough not to rely on my mom's care and etc! i wonder when would that be? i know its unfair cause you cant get out from your mom's care even if your too old! wahahaha! ^-^ trust me..ive had a violent family when my mom and her new husband married but that doesnt make any one of us be violent too. and i think i owe to my mom! we always call it reverse psychology! LOL! ^-^

well i grew up in the environment of having a mom and her husband who swears a lot especially when their figthing. and that leads me not to swear! its a common thing to hear it from time to time so instead of absorbing all the grisly words we just let it pass like a moving wind. LOL! some says that when they curse it brings out the anger and it feels good. well..i think there are other ways to let it out in my opinion and instead of exchanging curses they can just throw knives like my mom and stepdad did. LOL! ^-^

I usually don't express my bad feeling in that way.But sometimes I am so angry that I may say something like that. But I don't think that's correct.we should be more polite ,and deal with things more rational.don't you think so?

I normally don’t express my emotion in that way. When I got mad I usually try to cool myself down and think for some moment why I got angry. I always will try to control my emotion as I understand that it is really impolite to curse in front of people around. Definitely I will regret later if I were to do that. Normally I would later find it rather ridiculous and meaningless to express my emotion in such an undesirable manners.

No, not when I am mad. I do not often use bad language, but if I do it is not in the heat of anger, but rather with cold calculation, lol. The problem with using bad language is you never know when some child is going to hear it and I do not believe that children have to hear that sort of thing. Otherwise, it is not a big deal to me one way or the other, except that I don't care to hear crude language which is too graphic. When and where I grew up the term "Gee Whiz" was considered swearing and we would get hit if we said it.

i think adults should be aware if they swear cause kids tend to imitate them. there was once incident while we were shopping a kid swear and then when his father heard him he said " shut up..u son of a #$%^&!"! i wouldnt wonder where the kids learned it! thanks for responding!

Hmm I try to refrain from doing that simply because I have two little ones with virgin ears so I don't do as much as I did when I was younger...a on another note I like your picture on your avatar ...

i dont do such a thing eventhough i do it a few years back because i have found out that man's word is a very powerful to use and should be used always with caution.and i dont think it is proper to curse your fellow man.

its nice to know that you dont do it anymore. well i admit that being around with people who curses a lot sometimes it rubs in you. now i sometimes says.."crap" a lot. and though i try hard not to say it often, it bursts out occasionally! LOL! thanks for responding! i do believe that word is so powerful! ^-^
