I hope this will be the nice title for our discussions.
Now a days most of the people will sit idle without job because of one major identity "Freshers","No Exposure".
I would like to your view about this whether employers should hire freshers or experienced???????????

I don't think employers should differentiate between the two all that much. I mean it's okay to ask for a very experienced employee if you need a rather difficult job to be done, but other than that I really don't see why the employers should take into account that difference.
In my country we sort of have a different issue: the "freshers" find very hard a job as everywhere they turn there is a certain amount of experience required, and they cannot get that without getting hired and no one wants to hire them without experience.
I find absolutely strange the idea of people not wanting to hire experienced people and preferring "freshers", as experience in a field is a VERY good thing. I do understand the "no exposure" idea but still.
