Do you like renting a house or buying a house?

Hi! All I prefer to buy a house because the price of the houses is rising so fast that we can't save enough money to buy an apartment. Besides, the renting fee is also rising. We can't afford an apartment only by the salary. Renting a house may be troublesome and if you are not lucky, you can't stand living in other's house.

In my opinion,i would like to buy a house for myself living with my parents and sister. I like the warm feeling in a family ,and like to decorate my house ,my room all by myself as the colour ,the style..... But now ,in my province ,the price of a house is increasing sharply,One can't afford to buy a moderate house by herself or himself by their salary. They may go to provide a loan or lend money from parents, friends.Although the price of the house is expensive ,but i also try to buy one someday.

Hi! Right. I also like the the warm feeling in a family. It's better to buy a house by instalments.

I prefer to buy a house if I am settled in a particular area. That way I do not have to waste money on renting however renting is a good way to live when I am not certain that I want to remain in an area. I own my home so I can chose the color of the walls, the appliances I have and the furniture. I can have my children and dogs living with me, two things some landlords don't like very much. It costs so much to rent a flat, even more to rent a house. It is cheaper to rent a bed sit or room in someone's house. These two options are good for a single person, but a family need more space. Buying a property, especially in some areas is very costly indeed.

I prefer buying a house to renting, but now that i havent saved enough money to buy one, we are still living in a rented one and it is soo hectic. The landlord can keep on impossing new rules regarding his house and the only thing you can do is abide by the rules. Renting has become soo expensive.

Hi! If a few friends share a room, everyone can spend a little money on renting. Getting on well with the landlord is necessary.

Of course i would prefer to buy or build my own house. I've been wanting to do it but because of financial constraints it's still a dream for me. My parents have been bugging me at how much i have already paid for the rent. i started to rent my own place since about 12 years ago. It made me think hard of all the money i paid through the years. Now i'm really trying to save for a house of my own.

In due time I wish and I hope that I’ll have my own house but for now I prefer renting an apartment. I know that renting costs a lot but I make sure that I don’t rent a high class apartment, as long as it’s clean and quiet – I’m okay with it. Buying a house needs a lot of effort when it comes to saving then.

Hi, Me, my hubby and my son live in our own house. My hubby bought this house 3 years ago. Before my hubby married with me, he rent a house. And then when we decided to marry, his opa said to him. Better he buy a house then rent. So...my hubby bought this house. Yes, buy a house like an investment.

hi taskata, well the discussion is the hot topic talks these days.I agree to what your views as as even i would liek to own my house rather than staying on rent.As buying a house is equally expensive as like paying rent. As even if i buy house on my own and take a loan for the buying is equal to paying rent. as the amount paid by me as rent could be equal to the amount paid by me as a EMI towrds the loan.So i prefer the owned house.
