Help me to learn Microsoft.

Hey Iam working on windows vista, i want to add few command like border, chart, drawing etc. in the toolbars menu, i want to enable right click on the microsoft works spreadsheet on the main menu bar or add the main menu bar... please help me... LIVE AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE
