What's a Good detergent

my problem is that when i wash, my clothes lose their shape and get worn out quickly. also stains aren't coming out so good.

I hear that Cheer has a formula that is supposed to help clothes keep there colors and shapes. It's called Cheer true fit I think. I cant afford Cheer on our budget though. I buy Sun detergent. I buy zout stain remover it seems to work the best.
