vegetable salad or fruit salad which one do you like most?

I prefer veggie salads. I like to eat my fruit one type at a time. I love almost all fruits,but I buy whatever ones are on sale when we go shopping.

I love them both as they are very healthy for you and can be prepared in many ways and the taste are jus delighteful.I love wardolph salad on the holidays and apples and oranges are great anytime celery and califlower and broccli make a great midnight snack.So as you can see i eat lots of both.Have a very good day.

Both fruits salad and veggie salad are eaten raw. Raw materials are always more nutritious and fresher. I like both of them. I prefer to take veggie salads if I have taken lots of sweet stuffs for that particular day. Otherwise I will take fruits salad.

I like them both because I can easily prepare these two because veggies and fruits are very abundant here in our place in Davao City, known to be the fruit basket of Mindanao. Veggies and fruits are not that costly because the supply is very high. You can have veggie and fruit salads prepared anytime. I like fruit salads with 'buko' or young coconut, rambutan, 'langka' or jackfruit, papaya and a lot more.

yeah you are right veggies salad it much more cheaper then fruit salad.I am also prefering veggies salad, not for the prize (becuase when you cut it at home it is much more cheaper) , but also beucase when I have so many fruits in one bowl, I just cannot enjoy it.Beucase it get flavour from other one and when it gets mix like that it is gross for me.But it is interesting, becuase it is like this only with fruits, I don't have the problem with fruits.

That's a tough question. I think overall I like fruit salads more because of the taste. They sure are yummy and can double as a dessert! They are very expensive to make, though. Here's a funny story regarding fruit salad. When I was pregnant with my first daughter all I craved was fruit salad. For the baby shower my mother-in-law kept trying to plan the menu and ask me what I wanted, but all I wanted was fruit salad. That's all I cared about. So.... I wound up with three different fruit salad variations along with the other food she finally decided on!

I think both are awesome and I love to have both. But I feel that the vegetable salad is more healthier to the body and the regular intake of the vergetable salad is very good for the body.

hmmm! i think ill choose fruit salad! haha!..something like Ambrosia fruit salad or Buko Salad (filipino recipe!)

I prefer fruit salad as it taste sweet..more flavour is added to my plate of salad when some cream is garnished..my mom always prepare vegetable salad..

I like them both! Oh my, i can't choose just one! Lol! Sometimes i make my own fruit salad when there are plenty of fruits at home. But vegetable salads, i don't get to eat much as i used to... I like Jolibee's veggie salad. Mmmmmm! The best! For me it's way better than KFC's salad. ^_^

hi pinay, i like both but i prefer fruit salads as i would even get ice cream as a complimentary to that.and a fruit salad is sweet i donot like sweet vegeatble salads but rather a spicy one. at times in fruit salads one may even get jelly as a garnish over it... and its chilled.

i also love both of them..its good for our daily diet...

as preference I would give the first place to meat that is why my answer would probably be neither

i like both salads but due to financial constraints i always settle for the more economical veggie salad. Lately, i've refrained a little in eating meat so that's why i'm quite hooked into salads now. It's good for our health and skin. For me, in particular, i'm cured of my constipation because of the fibers i get from eating it. Among the several kinds my favorite is the local buko(young coconut) salad with pandan. It's very yummy and so easy to do.

I would say fruit salad hands down I like vegtables but if I picked between the two I would go for the sweetness of the fruit for sure

Much prefer a vegetable salad. I love vegetables. Fruit salads are good too. I need to eat more fruit usually do but not in a salad most times

I like both,but vegetable salad are more frequently,especially cucumber and other cold dish ,it is very nice to eat them in summer.
