Why are people so stupid??

I don't understand what people are thinking sometimes. I honestly believe some people were only put on this planet to make someones life miserable. In my case, i work for a mortgage company (oh by the way if you live in so california and want to purchase or refinance at home. Let me know! :))Anyway i have to deal with Escrow officers and they have to be the dumbest breed on the planet. It's soo frustrating having to explain the same thing over and over again. I wont get into details because i doubt most of you know what an escrow officer even is. But i'm sure you can agree how infuriating it is to repeat yourself over and over. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Sorry just had to let that out!
