Pet Shops

Our city doesn't even have Pet Stores anymore because I think they would rather people go to the SPCA to adopt an animal. None wants to support the mill industry where animals are bred like crazy just for profit. PurpleTeddyBear.

yeah. there are many special pet shops. but what i like will never be found in the pet shops. i like tiger. LoL

We often visit pet stores and fall in love with the little furry creatures. This is especially true with the puppies! Hubby would love to have a dog. But, we cannot have dogs in our home. The landlord allows cats but, not dogs.

When I am visiting a nearby mall i did not forget to visit a petshop. It brings me joy to see animals with breed and how they react whenever you are looking and waving at them. It is very difficult for me to leave them when I am already leaving the area because i want to take them all in our house. I have this pain in the heart whenever i am about to leave the shop. Actually I am tear-eyed, i have a soft heart on animals.

My husband and I would probably adopt every homeless cat and dog we come across if there weren't laws to control the number of pets you can have. It breaks my heart the most, to see pets being surrendered because their owners can't afford to keep them anymore. Those are the ones I wish I can bring home and take care of - - if only money were no object.

i love pet, especially dogs. they are so lovely. i had one in my home. but i never go to a pet shop to buy a dog. usually when my friend wanna feed a dog other friends will give him one dog baby. they bring the baby dog up.

Aww look at the little beauties. I know what you mean aboutr wanting to buy them all upon meeting them. Walking into those sorts of shops makes me a bit upset, reason being that there are so many animals sitting in humane societies as we speak and yet people are still choosing to breed more to sell in shops. They're all cute I know but I think the animal population needs to be a little more controlled before people should be allowed to breed even more, doing this just sets up another animal to be sitting in a cage at the shelter and possibly facing euthanization.

i love pets as well especially puppies and i can't help watching them whenever i pass by a pet shop... they are so cute... at the moment, i can't have any pets yet due to my circumstances... but later on, i might...

I hope the laws come through so people cannot sell these poor animals in pet shops in those conditions..

I love visiting the pet centers in the malls. At the same time i am too sad to head there as well... Some of those animals looks so sad and lonely. I would love to just take them all home. Theres one shop here in the state that you can go and spend hours playing with the aimals they have. When we do our hoilday shopping we stop in there and let our daughter Unwind from the christmas rush. of course it is sooo very hard to get her out of there!

i was also at a mall last Tuesday and i went inside a petshop and i saw a lot of cute and gorgeous aquarium fishes that i wanted to buy but i can't because i don't even have any aquarium at all! LOL i can't put up an aquarium at home because i wouldn't be able to maintain it and my nephew, who is turning 3, is so hyperactive that he would play on anything! and i'm sure the fishes will only die in his hands if ever i put up an aquarium. ^__^;; i also would love to have a shitzu dog but i can't because it is too expensive here! its been a long time since i had a pet and i'm really looking forward to the time when i will have one again. ^__^

I always have the urge to buy those pets at the pet shop but the limited space at my home and the arrival of my baby has put a stop to that. It is really sad to leave any pet shop especially when you can see how excited the pets are seeing you coming into the shop and then how sad they are when you leave.

I may. SOmetimes, I think they are so cute. And I will like to have them.

thats true, dear. when i go to mall and i see pet shop, i will take time to look on there. i feel so pity to them coz from their eyes as like they want to bring home. how cute and sweet are they.sometimes, i found bad pet shop. they sold pet in thin condition (i think they reduce feeding proportion to the pets in order to reduce the cost). its so sad. if i have lots money, i would like to take care them

I hate to say it,but any puppy or kitten that is sold in pet shops most likely came from a puppy or kitten mill,....to buy a pet at such a pet shop is contributing to the mill industry and the misery of the overbreeding that cats and dogs have to endure just for "profit"..I know I wouldn't want to do that...if I did get a cute kitty or puppy would rather go to a shelter

wow... I also like to look pet shop at shopping centers, I even can release my stress looking the funny dogs and cats. Most of them are cuteeeee ^_^

i know if i could i would take home all the animals with me,i hate to go there and see them especially because they have that sad little faces on them like take me home please.i try to stay away because i know that once i see them i will be taking them home.

I can't go to pet shops because I feel the same way! With three dogs and a dove, I have my hands full now. But all of the animals are so cute and so tempting! I would end up with a menagerie, and no spare time at all!LOL!
