i was curious about how many adults get dressed up for halloween? and do you & your partner dress up, or are you alone doing this, as in opposites attract etc. i ask because i have somewhat of a delimma. my husband thinks i'm a bit goofy and way over the age limit to be dressing up for halloween night. i usually dress up for answering the door for the trick-or-treaters. i just love the excitement of it all. but mostly i love the look on little kids faces when i surprise them, by being dressed up etc when they come to my house. i also decorate to the extreme and my home is well known for it's halloween decor for miles around. if they don't know me, they certainly know my house, and i love that!i say he's a old stick in the mud...because he doesn't join in the fun & then add in the fact he thinks people are foolish especially with adults going to parties, etc. and i on the other hand, love to go. because yrs ago when my children were youngster, i had the best parties around so now, they've grown up and i stopped the scry house parties etc. so, why not go to a party, is my thinking! i also think it's just fine if adults dress up, just to have such fun with it all is what its all about. putting some fun into your eveny day routine, what can be wrong with that? i just feel he is just missing out on so much by not joining in. i believe if your thinking young, you stay young..at least in your heart! happy halloween, everyone!!!!!!
