Colon cleansing is mainly practiced by practitioners of alternative systems of medicine, they are colon hydrotherapist. In my place, this treatment categorized under 'alternative medication'.I never try this treatment, xboxboy. Even though previously there was on TY Talk Shaw about this treatment.
For my rectum cleansing I used 'Oak Gall' fruit. Boiled it (1 liter of water for 5 nos. of Oak Gall fruit) and drink. In fact I take it daily and it can be mixed with coffee or tea. But it tastes bitter. You can search on internet about the benefits of drinking 'Oak Gall' water.

Actually, none of this stuff is really needed. I was reading on Webmd.com a few weeks ago and it was saying that you do not need any special cleansers for your colon. They said all you need is to eat right and exercise. It said that the body is self cleaning and needs no help doing it's job. It basically said that this new phase is a scam.

I knew when I read the first response in my e-mail from you, that you were either quite disturbed or very young. Glad to know that the later is the case. I have heard people talk about having this done to help them lose weight.
However, I have read about it and not only is it not needed, it can also be very unsafe. Read about it on the internet before taking the plunge, pun intended.
