Hello ritazhang^_^… First of all, we have to find the main culprit of this. How did you get the Trojan virus? Have you downloaded something on the internet? If so, what is it? As for the moment, if you cannot enter windows XP even in safe mode, then there is no choice but to bring it to a computer technician to reformat your computer. I know it would cost something to you, but that is only the best solution that we can do if this is the case. I advised that you use Opera or Mozilla Firefox as your main browser. This can be downloaded for free at www.opera.com/download or www.mozilla.com. These two browsers are safe to use when compared to Internet Explorer. I advised that you install an antivirus software that is up-to-date and scan your computer every once or twice a week. Before I forget, your windows firewall should always be turned ON. This is the most important above all. Have a nice day and I hope you would be able to solve this immediately.

I don't know exactly how the virus are from. I just browse the website I browsed usually. To be honest, I don't scan the PC frequently. Maybe it's the reason. I will try to reformat the PC tonight and use the browser you recommeded. Tks! I hope all this will work.

Since you cannot enter Windows XP anymore even in safe mode, it means that your computer needs immediate reformatting. That's the only way to make use of PC again. I had it before when my PC was infected by Trojan. It may be worth few bucks having checked it by a PC tech but the results would be appreciative. Let the PC tech install the Windows XP again. If you can dot it personally then by all means reformat your hard disk. Make a double partition in your hard disk so you can use the other one for storage of files and programs. Secure your PC with the latest anti virus systems and firewall protections.

My PC got infected twice before and never as severe as this time. It seems the only way to resolve it is to reformat the PC. I used disk C: only before. After the first infection, I divided it into C: D: E:. Then I don't need to worry about the useful files in it. Ths for you useful suggestions! :D

1. Reload windows XP 2. Keep one or two good anti-virus programs and scan the disks at least once a week. 3. Do not use the C drive for day to day activities. Keep it only for system files and programs. 4. For your day to day use, open folders and files in other drives. 5. Carry out degragmentation once a while 6. REmvoe the temporary files and unwanted files as often as possible. 7. Even the unwanted mails in the mail box should be removed. I had a similar problem, now things are ok.
