Today I decided to join associated content. But when I was about to tick the "I Agree" square I noticed that inorder to get paid from associated content one should be a legal resident of US.I am not a resident of US.They will accept the contents of non-US members but will not pay them, what a blatant discrimination. Is it true that they will not pay non-US members.

I'm alos a member of associated content. Regarding your question, AC does pay non-US members. AC will not pay you money for submitting your works, your content will be paid on a CPM basis(cost per thousand). So try promoting your content. AC will pay you $1.50 CPM.

Oh its an expensive business. The $1.50 is not worth the time invested for posting a 1000.I better post it in mylot and I will get a ten times what I get from AC for the same amount of time and energy spend. Thanks for the response

This is probably because of tax issues.

Last I heard, AC couldn't enroll non American members because of the tax laws. Non-US resdents can write for them but cannot be paid. It's a shame, but there really isn't much they can do about it. Associated reports income and they are only set up to do it with the IRS.
