Life has certainly ups and downs. 3 Christmases ago, my friends gave me table decoration with this poem printed on it. This has helped me to take another step when i am so weary and discouraged. it makes me feel hopeful. i really am grateful for giving me such a reminder. hope this helps you too.... Don’t Quit When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill, When the funds are low and the debts are high, And you want to smile but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must but don’t you quit. Life is queer with its twists and turns, As everyone of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about, When he might have won had he stuck it out, Don’t give up though the pace seems slow, You may succeed with another blow. Success is failure turned inside out, The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems so far, So stick in the fight when you’re hardest hit, It’s when things seem worse that you mustn’t quit.~Anonymous

Hi, shiloh! Oh, I LOVE that poem. I have it on a pocket card and I keep it in my wallet to remind me NEVER to give up!!! Plus it has a very CUTE kitten picture on the card he he he he he... Yes, hope is what makes the world go round he he he...I LOVE browsing inspirational stories or poems or quotations every now and then, esp. when I have a blank mind, yet I still want to write a post in my blog to share with my friends ha ha ha ha ha...

Hi, shiloh! Well, I focus most of my spare time to blogging and MyLotting, so I can spend hours a day for MyLot still, but in January I can't do it 'coz I'll start having a full-time Finnish course (just like a full-time school) so I don't know how it's gonna work. I guess I won't be as active then.

I'm serious, Girl! This is one of a lifetime opportunity 'coz here in this little village, there are no other options to learn Finnish quickly. In big cities like Helsinki there are LOADS of options to learn Finnish. Here we don't even have a university, so kids go to other cities to continue their studies. Since there aren't too many foreigners here, the local government doesn't have a yearly Finnish course programme, so I'm VERY lucky 'coz I'm gonna get it already soon. My Brit friend and family had to wait 4 years before they get one, whereas I only had to wait less than a year!!! But yeah, I'm planning to tackle this new language he he he he...THX for the support!!! I'll SURELY miss you but whenever I have free time, I'll visit here. That's a promise! ;-D
