Do you buy groceries online?

I've seen on tv that you can buy groceries online at amazon.com. Does anyone do this as part of their normal life instead of going to the store?
I would like to, and just haven't taken the time to check it out. If you do buy groceries that way do you have any tips for the rest of us?
