There are 11 digitals of the cell phone number in China. It's said that's the longest phone number in the world. I'm not sure whether it's true. How many digitals of the phone number in your area ?

Most countries, I think has the same number of digits as to their mobile or landline numbers. Here in our country (the Philippines) mobile phones have an 11-digit registered number including the 0 as initial number. Example of our mobile number here is 09205556789 (made up of 11 digits without the country code and area code yet).
