Have you ever had a really bad bike accident?

When I was ten years old, my older brother got a ten speed bike. It was beautiful. And, being the adventurous kid that I was, I wanted to ride the bike right away. Of course, everyone said, that I was too little and would fall off. But, I was sure that I could do it. So, one day, I convinced my older brother to let me ride the bike. And, wouldn't you know it, within seconds after I got on, I turned the wheel the wrong way and went head first over the handle bars. I guess I'm lucky that I can't still walk. I had a really big bruise mark on my leg for a month. Could have been worse though, considering that I felt on asphalt. I felt bad for not listening to the people that tried to warn me. Have you ever been in a really bad bike accident? Did everyone warn you ahead of time not to get on the bike or you'd get hurt?

I can still remember one night not long after I had learnt how to ride a bike. I followed one of my neighbours, who was a few years older than me to the street which was not bright enough. I followed her all the way when I had a fall because of the strong light from the coming cars opposite and I had a good fall. It so hurt and it took me about more than one week before the black and blues were all gone.

I've got a three inch scar across my chest from a bike wreck that happened when I was about 10 or so. It was dark, and I was messing with my headlight and not paying enough attention to where I was going. I hi a branch and flipped over my bike and landed in this bush. I was bleeding everywhere. My friend's dad drove me home. He wanted to take me to the hospital but since my parents were home (it was on the way to the hospital), he brought me there instead. My mom helped me wash up and we decided I didn't need to go to the hospital because nothing needed stitches and nothing felt broken. I skinned up my nose, forehead, and chin. Along with both knees, an elbow and I got the scar I mentioned earlier.

The worse one I had was when I had first learned to ride a bike and fell and split my knee open. It was horrible and I still have the scar. "COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS" **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
