Before the fall television season started, I was convinced that I would love the new NBC show "Chuck". But after seeing only fifteen minutes of the second episode, I quickly changed my mind. I'm not sure that the producers are targeting a 34 year old mom. It's something more suited for a teen or college student or someone who likes goofy comedy. I thought I would like Bionic woman and was happy to hear that someone was finally going to put on a show about a strong and independent woman. But, I haven't really liked it so far. Journey man is alright. But, kind of cryptic. The only show that has lived up to the hype, for me, would be "Pushing Daisies" on ABC. It's mildly romantic with a little bit of comedy. Lots of surprises too. Although I do get sick of the theme song playing constantly in the background, it's not that bad. So that would be my favorite new shoe of the season. And, of course, I love that show about the Cave Men. It's funnier than I thought it would be. Car poolers is funny too. I haven't seen "Samantha Who?", so I can't tell you whether or not it's any good. What's your favorite new show of the television season?

The only new show that me and hubby have got into this season is "Torchwood" on BBC America. He is a big SCI-FI fan I am not (he loves Stargate) but this is sufficiently not "out of this world" to keep us both interested. Of course the Brit humour/writing also keeps me happy. We seem to have lost touch with previous favourites House/CSI/Without a Trace as I work evenings shifts and the days change each week so following something gets really hard.

I haven't really watched any of the new shows this year. We have enough shows that we watch as it is. On Mondays, we watch Heroes and CSI:Miami, Tuesdays we watch House, L&O: SVU, Wednesday we watch Criminal Minds and CSI:NY, Thursdays we watch CSI. lol We don't have time for any new shows. Especially since we don't usually get to watch them on the night they actually come on and have to DVR them. We have to get caught up on the weekend, we couldn't find time for any more shows.

Samantha Who? was surprisingly funny. I got points for watching it through one of the survey reward sites I do. I mean it's really funny and charming. The only weak link is Samantha's childhood friend, but there is hope for her. She is played by the same actress who played Sookie on Gilmore Girls. I watched a couple episodes of Kitchen Nightmares on FOX, but I was too uncomfotable with Gordon Ramsey yelling at everyone. Sure, A LOT of them deserved it, but I don't have a fun time listening to FOX bleep every other word out of his mouth. I can hardly tell what he was saying! I still want to catch Women's Murder Club with Angie Harmon, but I haven't yet. I wonder if anyone else has caught that one?

I am watching Prison break and Desperate Housewives. Both of them are interested and attract me. I also like 24hours but I have to wait it. I do not know other TV shows of the season because I have no much time to spend on watching. I learn many people like watching Dexter. Maybe I will watch this Tv show when I have time.
