i sensed that there are a lot of students here in mylot. maybe it could help them somehow if all share with them some hints on studying. when i was still in school, i found out that studying with a group of people helps a lot, because you get to share your ideas with one another, and that makes it more fun and interesting.

I've been helping college students write their papers for about four years. I can tell you from experience that students benefit the most from reading out loud. When you read aloud, it forces you to pay attention to each word and to internalize it so as to be able to understand what you are reading. This helps not only with catching mistakes made in the writing process, but it also helps students preparing for tests too because they learn the material instead of simply putting it to memory.

nelpa's orchid - isn't this beautiful? the one who tended to this has already passed on to another life, and this beautiful flower is one the legacies she left behind.
hey, that's pretty good stuff you just shared. thanks!

Hi! Here's one of my own, use as many senses as you can when studying! Smell the chemicals, read aloud, touch the artefacts, and don't just use your eyes to look. It really helps do tell me if it works :)
