About Helium support: Can someone help me please?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone can tell me what email address I can use to contact someone from Helium? I cannot access the site for over a year now (I think members from the Philippines and other countries cannot do so at the moment)and I would love to cash out. I know I have some earnings over there and I think it is only fair that I get paid for the articles I have contributed there. So far the only contact I had there was someone named Barbara but she had no idea when I could access the site. For those who can access the site, who can I contact regarding this matter? Any help will be most appreciated. Thank you so much.
