Just feed them. If you're nursing, you might want to look into supplementing with formula. They make a formula specifically for preemie's, I'd give that a try. Also, ask your doctor for recommendations. They may have some really good ideas for helping them to gain weight.

I haven't had premature babies, or twins but at 8 months of age, they should be eating pretty much everything you do - just mushed up :) Make sure there are plenty of good fats in there diet, plus necessary meats & veggies! My daughter was 8lb 5oz at birth & is just over 10kg now - at 17 months. She was only 1 - 1.5kg heavier than your girls are so i'm sure it's normal! Are they on finger foods yet? You could always try toast fingers without the crusts, that should help as well, just add a little something to the toast - whether it be butter or a spread! Good luck but for premature babies, their weight sounds pretty good - they aren't far behind my daughter at that age & she was over-due!

You should care your baby with balance food. Try to feed normal food in addition to mother milk. Feed them Egg, baby milk as well as mix food of rice, vegetables, oil etc. Keep them out of cool environment that cause of any kind of sick. Every day a baby weight increase by 20 gm. So you should keep close eye to their weight. Another suggession is to give them iron/zink or vitamin syrup.
