Customers are king.........they shouldnt be left out........any suggestions or complaints frm customers should be seriously dealt with!!!!!

it depends on how big the complaint is...it gives a chance to the company to deque its fault upto an extent...but yes it certailny creates a bad image for itelf when the shortcoming r big

Complaints can definatly have a negative affect on a company's image. However, its all about how the complaints are dealt with that has the actual impact on the company. If a company handles complaints effectivly it will actually have a positive impact.
