customer complaints and their effect on businesses

I would like to find out whether customer complaints have a negative impact on a company's corporate image or they retain customer loyalty

Customers are king.........they shouldnt be left out........any suggestions or complaints frm customers should be seriously dealt with!!!!!

it depends on how big the complaint is...it gives a chance to the company to deque its fault upto an extent...but yes it certailny creates a bad image for itelf when the shortcoming r big

Complaints can definatly have a negative affect on a company's image. However, its all about how the complaints are dealt with that has the actual impact on the company. If a company handles complaints effectivly it will actually have a positive impact.
